What Do You Get?

High quality speakers
We selected the cream of the crop at International Coach Academy and asked them to develop a one hour presentation around the topic they feel most passionate about right at this moment. We then recorded an interview with them in front of a select panel of coaches, all primed with questions sent in by you, the participants. The result is a highly relevant, interactive and yet intensive interview with some of the worlds most sought after coaches and trainers.

High quality audio
All too often these days we are subjected to poor quality audio of sub-standard speakers. You know the deal - you make a special effort to call into the bridge line at a particular time on a particular day only to be met with a frenzy of people calling in from all over the place with bad phone lines and poor environmental noise control. Well not anymore! We have taken the best that Teleseminar delivery has to offer and created a totally flexible, accessible product.

Get all 12 Speakers *and* the eBook for one low fee
Our aim is to make CoachingPanels.com the most flexible and popular audio downloads in the coaching and professional development industries. Our strategy is to provide exceptional value for money. So instead of charging between $199 - $399 for one speaker or one eBook, we are charging $69 for 12 speakers and a 12 chapter eBook.

Develop yourself personally and professionally while you drive/walk/jog
Our customers are increasingly telling us they want our training and our information on their terms. They want to listen and engage when they want and where they want. By pre-recording our speakers in front of a live panel of coaches you get the best of both worlds. Imagine being able to download and listen to sessions with some of ICA's leading coaches and trainers. Your daily walk/jog/car trip will never be the same again.

Coaching Panels are a totally new concept in the coaching industry and one that we believe provide exceptional value and quality. We have called our first CoachingPanel the 'Benchmark Series'. We see the 12 coaches selected below as setting the benchmark for future panels.

05: Deep Listening

Speaker 05 Bill Turpin

Bill Turpin

August 7th, 2006 (4:00PM - 5:00PM NY EST)

Taking Deep Listening to the Next Level
To be an effective coach one has to be a good listener. Do your clients really feel heard? In this one hour workshop you will learn how to listen from the inside out. How can you as a coach shift your listening stance? Scores of workshops and books on "active listening" teach you what you should do. Their advice is relatively similar - be attentive, ask questions, paraphrase back, acknowledge, etc. all good advice. You are taught what to do, but at the heart of deeper listening is authenticity. If your intentions are false, no amount of careful wording or good posture will help. If your intentions are good, even clumsy language won't hinder you. What are you communicating when you are listening? Are you genuinely curious? Do you as a coach genuinely care? Listening is only powerful and effective if it is authentic. Deep listening begins with you the coach, not the client.

Using Creativity in Coaching
Creativity and Coaching; two terms, actions and concepts that are often used together, but what do they mean for you in practice? Many discussions about creativity and coaching, look at how we can help our clients be more creative or provide some practical guides for coaching creative clients. These are very important issues and ones I love to explore and apply in my own coaching and training programs; but in this teleclass we are going to look at something different. This time we are going to explore how you are, and can be even more, creative in your own coaching practice. Through an insightful conversation and some practical tips we will discover ways that you can be your creative and innovative self and thereby further your ability to coach others in their greatness.

08: Assisting AD/HD Clients

Speaker 08 Barbara Luther

Barbara Luther

August 31st, 2006 (4:00PM - 5:00PM NY EST)

Assisting AD/HD Clients to Find and Build on Their Strengths
The paradox of AD/HD is that while clients' weaknesses are dramatic, they also have incredible strengths. AD/HD clients often come to coaching with a litany of what's not working, and they have very little appreciation for their incredible AD/HD strengths. We use a set of exercises to identify talents, skills, and strengths and build up an inventory of successes and wins which become a solid foundation for the
person with AD/HD.

11: The Power Of Partnership

Speaker 11 Lou D'Alo

Lou D'Alo

September 18th, 2006 (9:00PM - 10:00PM NY EST)

The Power Of Partnership
Coaches, like most service professionals, often operate as solo or small businesses. While that offer us the joy of independence, it can also incline us to "going it alone" - tending to work BY ourselves as we work FOR ourselves - resulting in feelings of isolation and overwhelm instead of joy and productivity.

"The Power Of Partnership" centers on the them that true independence comes from time and money freedom. We explore ways in which we can attract ideal partners through whom we can mutually leverage our time, energy, gifts and talents to reach new heights of achievement; and look at practical, "in the trenches" ideas for reaching more prospects and clients than ever with little or no additional time or money on your part.
